About Dean Grizzaffi

With more than 30 years of roots in the Augusta area, Dean Grizzaffi brings local knowledge, real-world property experience, and a strong commitment to serving his clients.

Dean’s background includes service in the United States Marine Corps, along with professional experience as an insurance adjuster and home inspector. Those experiences have given him a unique perspective when it comes to real estate and an eye for details that can be especially valuable when helping clients buy, sell, or invest in property.

Serving Augusta, Evans, Grovetown, Martinez, North Augusta, and surrounding communities, Dean works with first-time homebuyers, veterans, relocating families, investors, land buyers, new construction clients, and homeowners preparing to sell.

Dean believes his clients deserve someone who is honest, dependable, hardworking, straightforward, responsive, and willing to negotiate on their behalf. His easygoing personality helps take some of the stress out of the real estate process, while his dedication keeps each transaction moving toward the finish line.
